An 83-year-old female patient sustained a hip fracture following a fall at home, resulting in severe pain and an inability to walk or bear weight on the affected limb. After detailed clinical and radiological evaluation, the fracture pattern was found to be unsuitable for conventional fixation. To restore mobility and provide long-term stability, a long-stem uncemented revision bipolar hip replacement was successfully performed under spinal anaesthesia. The surgery was carefully planned considering the patient's age, bone quality, and functional requirements. Following the procedure, the patient achieved significant pain relief and was able to begin mobilization with support, aiming for an early return to independent walking and improved quality of life.
