A 91-year-old male patient sustained a hip fracture following a fall, resulting in severe pain and inability to bear weight on the affected limb. Considering his age and the nature of the fracture, surgical management was recommended to facilitate early recovery and mobility. The patient successfully underwent a Bipolar Hemiarthroplasty (Partial Hip Replacement) under spinal anaesthesia. The procedure was performed to provide a stable, pain-free hip joint and enable early mobilization, thereby reducing the risks associated with prolonged bed rest in elderly patients. Outcome: The surgery was successful, allowing the patient to begin early rehabilitation and mobilization with significant pain relief, helping him regain independence and improve his overall quality of life.
